What is your shipping policy?

We are located in New York City and currently only ship within the USA. USPS first class shipping rates start at $5.25 based on package weight. Any package over 16 ounces is automatically considered priority mail (shipping rates increase).

Can I cancel/modify an order? 

Since we are eager to get your orders to you in a timely manner, production starts as soon as possible, after the order is placed. If your order has not already entered production, you are able to cancel or modify and order. Contact us as soon as possible.

What is your refund/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on our products.  All sales are FINAL.

Are your products really natural and organic? 
YES, all of our products are natural and organic.

When will my order ship?
Since all of our products are made to order, your item(s) will ship in 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive. 

I have a tracking number but I am unable to track my package. 
You will receive a notification once a label has printed for your order to be shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

My order shipped, but I didn't receive it?
If these issues should occur, please contact your local post office. Divine Feel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
